A sequence you can follow

Steady Strength is organised into short blocks, each introduced with a demonstration. The teacher explains the equipment and the beginning and end of a set before anyone starts. The pace leaves time to understand the pattern and choose an appropriate version rather than follow the speed of the person beside you.

Work, pause and review

A block may be repeated with a change in position, tempo or equipment. Pauses are built into the class, giving participants time to ask a question and hear the next instruction. The sequence may move between standing, seated and mat-based work, with deliberate transitions. The format does not assume that more repetitions or a heavier option is always the useful choice.

Practical preparation

The sample session runs for sixty minutes. Ask the studio which equipment is used and what can be arranged before a first visit. Wear clothing that allows comfortable movement and leave time to understand the room layout. The teacher can explain the group format; the timetable itself is not individual advice or a promise of a physical result.

Plan your visit

The weekly listing includes the teacher and studio-local start time. Add an intended date when making an inquiry. Availability, arrangements and any applicable class terms are confirmed directly by the studio, not by clicking a timetable card.
