Teaching approach
Lee organises strength-focused classes into small, understandable sections. Each block begins with a demonstration and a description of the equipment, followed by time to try the pattern before repeating it. Pauses are part of the plan, so a participant can ask a question or change the version they are using.
The emphasis is on following a manageable sequence rather than comparing one person’s pace with another’s. Lee explains where a set starts and ends and keeps transitions between floor, seated and standing work deliberate. Equipment options are discussed in the class information instead of appearing unexpectedly halfway through a session.
Steady Strength offers a consistent framework that can become familiar over several visits. Familiarity does not promise a particular result; it simply gives participants a clearer idea of the format. Questions about practical access, setup or what to expect are welcome before booking.
